SHIPPING AND ORDERING POLICY


We ship within the 50 United States via FedEx or freight and Samples ship FedEx Smart post (using USPS for the last leg). Depending on the product purchased and the size of the order, our products are usually shipped in 3 to 4 weeks (samples ship in a couple of days and via FedEx Smart post so delivery may take a few days) from receiving a successfully completed order and confirmation. For smaller orders, it can take fewer days. Please call us for a more accurate production timeframe. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping terms chosen by the customer. During checkout, you may choose from different carriers. Please keep in mind these are estimated dates. Shipping charges are separate from the purchase price and will be calculated during the check-out process. Orders received from HI and AK will require an additional shipping fee. Every order must be prepaid. We cannot start production of any order without receiving full payment unless agreed differently. Payment will be processed in full at the time the orders are processed and changed to the "In Production" status. No purchase may be canceled, after production has started, without incurring a 25% restocking fee; production begins within a 24-hour period following receipt of an order. Customers outside the US (Canada, the Caribbean, etc.) will need to pay their Customs and import fees. For freight shipments, we can refer a broker that will help calculate the fees. FedEx (smaller orders) will collect the customs and import fees from the buyer. When customers use vouchers, discounts, and coupons we reserve the right to choose the best shipping option for that order. We reserve the right to cancel any order and refund the charges if an error in the website has occurred.

PACKAGE DELIVERY / SIGNATURE (FedEx SHIPMENTS ONLY)
Based on the majority of our customers' preferences we ask couriers to drop off your packages without requiring a signature. Customers who do not want this option for their orders must specify so during checkout or by calling us. Antico Elements is not responsible for stolen goods.

LOWEST RATES
Our shipping costs calculated by the shopping cart are extremely close to our negotiated FedEx rates. We do not add extra charges or raise the shipping costs. We actually pass the negotiated discounts to you. The shopping cart automatically retrieves rates from the carriers. For large orders or odd packages please contact us directly as we may be able to get better rates from other carriers.

RETURN POLICY
Please carefully calculate the quantities necessary and the type of accessories for your project. We do not normally accept returns but if necessary, there will be a 25% restocking fee calculated. Customers returning products to us must first call our office to obtain an RMA authorization (305-602-0300). Customers are also responsible for any shipping costs to return the product. We always suggest ordering samples first in order to choose the correct product and color. We cannot resell returned/used materials (or damaged during the shipping back to us) to our customer therefore we will not be able to issue a refund if a returned item does not arrive in resellable conditions.
All returns must include the original packaging, wrapping, boxes, and a COPY of the purchase invoice and must be returned within 15 days from the day of receipt. No credit will be given for products returned without prior authorization.
Samples are not refundable.

PANEL CALCULATOR
Our panel calculator simply suggests average quantities based on the square footage provided. The final quantities may vary based on how the panels are installed. Please double-check that the quantities suggested will work for your project.

PRODUCT ARRIVING DAMAGED, OR WITH ANY OTHER ISSUE, TO CUSTOMERS
Antico Elements carefully inspects its products prior to packaging and shipping. It is in our best interest to make sure our products are shipped in perfect condition. If the customer (or a representative) personally receives the shipment and the packaging or product itself shows a damage the customer must promptly ask the carrier to make a note of it. Also, take some photos before opening the packaging. If the package was left at the customer's address the customer needs to inspect the package within 1 to 2 days and contact us immediately. Any issue with the order and product quantities must be reported within 5 business days. Claims against improper transportation and delivery must be filed by the customer and a return must be discussed and approved by Antico Elements. Do not install materials if they arrive damaged or in unsatisfactory condition. Please keep the original packaging so that photos may be taken. Installing damaged material or in unsatisfactory conditions without our written consent nullifies the replacement and/or credit eligibility. Please keep the damaged packing material so that photos may be sent to the carriers.
No returns will be accepted without prior written consent and must include an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Returns received without meeting the above requirements will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.

Antico Elements will arrange shipment but will have no responsibility whatsoever over carrier services. Antico Elements will gladly send a replacement in case of damages reported within 5 business days (then deal with the carrier with the claims) but shall not be liable for delays in shipment for any cause, nor shall any delay entitle customers to cancel any order after it has shipped or refused delivery.

LARGER ORDERS
Please contact us (through email at [email protected] or call 877-326-4826) to get a better shipping cost quote. When purchasing large quantities or large items, Standard FedEx shipping costs calculated by the shopping cart may show higher than they could be. We would like to offer you the lowest possible cost. We strongly suggest the purchase of samples before ordering the panels in order to view the colors in person. We may not be held accountable if the color of the actual product differs from the one viewed online.

NO REFUNDS RETURNS OR CANCELLATIONS ON THE FOLLOWING:
on any custom, Rush, or special order. Fire-rated panels are non-returnable and non-refundable.

FREE SAMPLES after rebate (4 max)
We strongly suggest the purchase of samples before ordering the panels. Many PC monitors do not represent the colors of the products correctly and with a sample, you can see our products up close.
You are entitled to a rebate equal to the cost (max 6 six) of the samples (before shipping) you order from us. When you go to checkout you can enter the coupon number we e-mail you at the time the samples are shipped. Please look for this e-mail. Samples are not refundable. Please make sure to use the sample voucher before any other coupon and offer as we don't want our customers to lose their sample refund.

FREE SHIPPING (this offer is currently not available)
When the offer is available, customers qualify for free shipping on orders above a certain amount of products. Sometimes we offer free shipping for check payments. Free shipping may not be combined with other offers, discounted or on-sale products. This offer is only valid for check payments or adding a 3% charge on credit card payments. Customers have the option to choose between Free Shipping OR Quantity Discounts but not both. Free shipping is only offered for addresses in the continental US states. We reserve the right to choose the best shipping option, which doesn't necessarily take longer for delivery. Applying the free shipping on your order is a manual process so please contact us to receive the free shipping code.

FIRE-RATED PRODUCTS
The fire-rated option does not make the product fire-proof or completely heat-resistant. We do not suggest using our panels inside a firebox or too close to a heat source like a wood-burning stove. You should always follow the clearance suggested by the stove manufacturer. As a "rule of thumb", if you feel comfortable using a wood plank at that distance then you can use our product at the same distance. Customers should always check with their local regulatory office to see if our Type-A fire-rated option meets their codes. The fire-rated option is designed primarily to minimize flame and smoke spread in case of fire and even though it makes the product more heat resistant, does not make it heat-proof. After all, our products are still made of polyurethane.

LIABILITY
Antico Elements shall not be held liable for any and all claims submitted by the buyer as a result of injury, damage or wrongful installation to any user or other person caused by the product sold herein by the seller to the buyer, whether the injury or damage results from the assembly, installation, operation, shipment, storage or manufacture of this product.
