Inside and outside homes of all sizes and styles,
Restaurants,
Bars,
Boutiques,
Offices,
Bathrooms,
Showers,
Kitchens,
Living rooms
Skirting below siding

To cover brick, stone, and concrete.
And much more.

What are your products made of?
Our products are made of a high-density polyurethane. They are a solid piece of the same product. They are then hand-painted.

Why purchase polyurethane products and not the natural ones?
Our products were designed to fill the gaps left by the natural stones, bricks, and rocks.
The main reason is cost. The product alone is less expensive per square foot than natural materials. Unlike other competitors, our products look real.
You don’t need to hire expensive masons. The installation is quick and even if you don’t want to install the products yourself, a contractor or handyman will do the work in a fraction of the time.
Our products will not rot, mold, or split. They are lightweight.
Can be easily repaired and repainted.
Can be installed where natural stones can’t.
You can update the look of your home easily.
Our panels can be installed over curved surfaces. Please refer to THIS specific installation page.

Are your products for Exterior or Interior use?
Both. Our polyurethane products are designed to withstand outdoor stress tests yet they are beautiful enough to be used as interior decoration. They are completely waterproof and UV resistant. Click on the “PRODUCTS” button at the top of this page to view some of the applications.

Are your products fire-rated?
Yes, all products are also available in fire-rated materials. The upcharge is shown on the website, as you select the fire-rated option. They can also be used on fireplaces and around stoves. Consider that even though our panels can be ordered in fire-rated, they are not natural stone. Consult the manufacturer of your stove/fireplace for clearance requirements. If you think our panels will be installed too close to a heat source you should consider the fire-rated option. Remember that our products are made of polyurethane and although they can be ordered in fire-rated material, they are not fire or heatproof. As a rule of thumb, if you wouldn’t install hardwood where you plan to use our panels because it would get too hot, you should probably not use our panels. We suggest a minimum of 12-15 inches from any side of a stove
Our products are not meant to be used inside the firebox but only on the outside and surrounding areas. The ideal application would have a frame of about 5-6 inches around the face of the firebox with tiles or similar materials to separate our panels from the fireplace opening.
The fire-rated product is meant to create less flame and smoke in case of fire and not to resist higher temperatures.

Is it easy to work with polyurethane products?
Anyone can install our products. You don’t need to prepare the existing surface with backer boards of wire mesh, purchase expensive diamond blades or wet saws, mix mortar, and learn to lay bricks before you have the power to fully manage your project. All you need is basic carpenter tools, adhesive (Liquid Nails, PL Premium, etc), and the desire to create something beautiful on your own. The best tools to cut our products are table saws, miter saws, or circular saws with the same blades used to cut wood. We provide detailed instructions and in case you need it, great customer support.

Are the panels heavy to handle?
Not at all. Our products are very lightweight and easy for anyone to handle. The weight range is from 1 to 1.5 Lb. per Sq.ft.

Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Of course. Please visit our Warranty page by clicking HERE.

Do your products need maintenance?
Contrary to other “natural products” our panels and accessories are constructed with closed-cell polyurethane particles which means that they will not absorb water and there will be no mold or rotting. They can easily be cleaned and washed. The products are treated with multiple layers of acrylic paints that are designed to withstand outdoor elements. Like any other material, the sun may fade some of the colors. We recommend applying a urethane UV-inhibitor clear coat every few years, to keep the colors vibrant. For large areas, it may be easier to apply the UV coat with a spray gun. You can find these clear coats at your local paint store. They are so durable and impact-resistant that you can even drive a car on them without damage. The material contracts and expands by only + – 0.06 inches per panel so they perform extremely well in all temperatures.

Do your products look real?
Extremely. Our products are molded from actual rocks, stone, bricks, coral stone, and travertine. The products coming out of the molds reproduce every single detail, of the stone and even the grouting.
Most people don’t believe they aren’t real rocks, stones, and wood until they tap on them. The tapping or knocking is usually followed by an “oh, wow!”
The colors are applied by hand to further increase the realistic look and avoid pattern repetition when putting panels next to each other. Many competitors’ products are sprayed with one color and simply sponged off.  Not ours! We carefully apply different colors, one by one. Please visit our catalog to see detailed and enlarged photos.

Do you offer free samples or rebates?
Yes, with a rebate. Order a sample and the cost (shipping excluded) of it will be subtracted from your next purchase of $200 or more. A max of 4 samples can be rebated. We are confident that once you take a close look at our product you’ll appreciate it.

Where can I purchase your products?
We sell directly over the website to keep the product more affordable. Our showroom and manufacturing plant are in Landis, NC. If we had distributors and stores around the country the price to the consumer would be higher.

Do you ship to my country?
For now, we only ship within the US and Canada. We are considering expanding to other countries. Some overseas customers organize the freight on their own and we deliver the product to a US port.

How do I place an order?
Our website has a fully functional and very safe shopping cart where you can preview the product prices and shipping costs and then safely check out.
You can also contact us if you need help with choosing your products, calculating quantities, and purchasing them. To access the catalog and shopping cart please click on our Logo at the top of every page.

How long does it take to receive an order?
It takes approximately 2-4 weeks to produce an order. During the busy seasons, it may take 5-6. Shipping times are additional and it will vary depending on your location.

How much does shipping cost?
The shopping cart uses real-time rates for regular shipping and freight for large orders. We don’t add extra charges to the shipping costs. To see how much it is, add a product to the shopping cart and click on “Shipping Rates”. Enter your zip code and state and submit. You can also contact us for rates. For large orders please contact us to let us find better freight costs with other carriers. We offer free shipping for large orders. Please note that upgrading the shipping to a faster option does not change the manufacturing times.

Can your products be cleaned?
Yes. They can be washed with soap and water, rinsed with a hose, and even lightly power-washed. We do not recommend using solvents or harsh cleaners. Please click HERE to view our Cleaning And Maintenance pdf.

Can your products be painted?
Yes, you can repaint our products easier than repainting bricks and stones. You can use an oil or water-based primer and paint.

Do your panels count as insulation?
Yes, our panels add an insulation factor of R4-R5.

Can I install your products myself or do I need a contractor/handyman?
Yes, you can. We have designed our products to be easy to install so they require simple carpenter’s tools and basic skills. Please refer to our installation manual pages.

Can your products be used where there’s a lot of water or underwater?
One of the many advantages of using our polyurethane products is that water doesn’t affect them. They will not rot or deteriorate in any way underwater.

How thick are your panels?
They vary from 5/8″ for the Contempo panels, 3/4″ for the reclaimed brick, and 1-1/2″ for the Laguna and Column Wraps. Thicknesses vary depending on the stone type.

Where can your products be installed?
Our products are very versatile. They can be nailed on wood, glued and screwed on concrete, over cinder blocks, over existing bricks, and virtually anywhere.

Do you have accessories to complement your products?
Yes, we have inside and outside corners, top sills, touch-up kits, and a large choice of architectural elements like columns, ledgers, corners, outlet switch boxes, touch-up paint kits, etc.

Our products are proudly made in the USA.

How difficult is it to install your products?
Anyone can install our products. You don’t need to purchase expensive diamond blades or wet saws, mix mortar, and learn to lay bricks before you have the power to fully manage your project. We strongly suggest not using mortar or any hard material that can crack. All you need is basic carpenter tools, adhesive (Liquid Nails, PL Premium, etc), and the desire to create something beautiful on your own. We provide detailed instructions and, in case you need them, great customer support. Click here for instructions.
