SHIPPING AND ORDERING POLICY
We ship within the 50 United States via UPS or freight, depending on the product purchased and size of the order. Our products are usually shipped within 5-7 working days (samples ship earlier) from receiving a successfully completed order. In rare occasions it may take 10-12 days. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping terms chosen by the customer. Each options shows the estimated delivery date. Shipping charges are separate from the purchase price and will be calculated during the check out process. Orders received from HI and AK will require an additional shipping fee and no purchase may be canceled after production has started; production usually begins within a 24-hour period following receipt of order.
Lowest Rates
Our shipping costs calculated by the shopping cart are extremely close to the UPS rates. We do not add extra charges or raise the shipping costs. The shopping cart automatically retrieves rates from a UPS site. For large orders or odd packages please contact us directly as we may be able to get better rates from other carriers or split items in separate packages to lower the costs.
Return Policy
Antico Elements carefully inspects its products prior to packaging and shipping and it is in our best interest to make sure our products are shipped in quality condition. If your shipment arrives damaged you must promptly reject it and have the carrier make a note of it. Claims against improper transportation and delivery must be filed by the customer and a return must be discussed and approved by Antico Elements (within 24 hours).
No returns will be accepted without prior written consent and must include an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). All returns must be sent with freight prepaid. Returns received without meeting the above requirements will be shipped back at the customer at their expense.
All returns must include the original packaging, wrapping, boxes and a COPY of the purchase invoice, and with approval, must be returned within 30 days from the day of receipt. No credit will be given for products returned without prior authorization. Returns are only accepted for products purchased at Antico Elements. Returns of merchandise not covered by warranty will be subject to a restocking fee of 25% and must arrive to us in sellable condition.
Large Orders:
Please contact us ( via email at info@anticoelements.com or call 786-462-5839 ) to get a better shipping cost quote. When purchasing large quantities or large items, Standard UPS shipping costs calculated by the shopping cart may show higher than they could be. We would like to offer you the lowest possible cost.
No refunds, returns or cancellations
on any custom or special orders. Fire-rated panels are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Liability
Antico Elements shall not be held liable for any and all claims submitted by the buyer as a result of injury, damage or wrongful installation to any user or other person caused by the product sold herein by the seller to the buyer, whether the injury or damage results from the assembly, installation, operation, shipment, storage or manufacture of this product. Please consult local building codes prior to installing the products
